Our professional staff can help schedule your appointment and assist you with understanding and using your insurance benefits at the time of service. Diagnostic Eye Center participates in Medicare as well as most of the major insurance plans in the Greater Houston area. For your convenience, we assist in filing all claims for you.In order, to offer our patients quality service with efficient timing; we have provided you our demographics forms to fill out prior to your visit.
